The hotel is perfectly situated just steps away from the city center, making it super convenient for exploring local shops and restaurants. While the rooms were a bit on the darker side and a bit noisy due to the elevator, the service was absolutely fantastic with friendly staff going above and beyond. The dining experience was quite nice, especially the complimentary dinner for BW club members, although it could use a bit more help during busy times. Overall, it's a great place to stay with a few minor improvements needed.
